How Experience Works in Our Game

The title sort of tells it all... I finally got around to writing up why I changed from the Rules As Written Experience System in The One Ring to the one we presently use -which expenditure chart will change once more, just prior to our coming Fellowship Phase, and that should be it- and what the current system is all about. It's three pages, double-columned and single-spaced, but I welcome the more curious among us to explore this new system, please?

Alright, I have already figured out how to adjust the experience file to make it right. Unfortunately, it did NOT add anything more XP-wise to any of you. I'm thinking all my work may not have been worth a whole lot, today, but it was worth it just to fool around with XP, again.
