NAME: Path-nen (Eltharin for Smooth Water)
NOTES: "What is the name of this horse?" Her right hand is running through the light grey mane of the steed, his coat shiny and the short-hair of his frame well-groomed and very lightly brown(an Appaloosa, I believe they call it, today?) in beautiful patches from mid-neck back to the hind-quarters. Athaeis looks from the dark-brown eyes of the beast to the calm swaying tail, and just knows this ride will be fine, perhaps even a winning one.
"Smooth Water," the attendant says, a slight blush coming to his face. Athaeis smiles and repeats the horses name in Eltharin,
"Path-nen," and she puts her face against the horse, then noticing the attendant smiling coyly,
"I should have thought to pronounce the name in Eltharin for you, m'lady. My apologies." Athaeis simply smiles again, and speaks to the horse in Eltharin,
"Path-nîn, sui gal-celair raeda-sûl, seidia-im'ir boe an na-path a raeda-pain uin schläge. Innas al-nin buia-enni?"
(OOC: In English - "Smooth Water, as brilliant light catches the wind, so too must we be smooth and catch each of these strikes. Will you help me?"
Harness and Saddle came with Path-nîn.
