MEDAL OF HONOR
Introduction: Wolf's Cavaliers / 3014 (Active)
Level: All
Type: Primary
Description: This is the highest award available to any member of Wolf Family Mercenary Units LLC, and is normally granted posthumously. The Medal of Honor may be worn on any uniform OR civilian clothing and EVERYONE from the Commanding Officer of the unit down is required to salute the wearer. This award may be recommended for any warrior by any warrior in the unit, but is subject to investigation by the top members of the Command Staff. The only individual which may actually grant this award is the liege lord whose contract the award was earned under. Failing this honor, the Commanding Officer of the unit will present this award, and it's proud bearer, in front of the entire Warrior's assembly. Worth 4 promotion points.
COMMANDER'S HONOR
Introduction: Armageddon Unlimited / 3057
Level: Officer and NCO
Type: Primary
Description: This award is given to those who have shown honor to any Wolf Family Mercenary Units LLC officer, their opponents in general, and the unit Commanding Officer specifically. The Commanding Officer and Executive Officer are the only two individuals capable of granting this award, although any member may recommend it. Worth 4 promotion points.
MEDAL OF VALOR
Introduction: Wolf's Cavaliers / 3015
Level: All
Type: Primary
Description: This medal is given to those who display selflessness and prowess in battle, especially when defending wing or lance mates who are crippled in some fashion. This award is recommended by a witness to the valorous act, although it still requires review. Worth 3 promotion points.
POSTHUMOUS SERVICE RIBBON
Introduction: Wolf's Cavaliers / 01-03-3011
Level: All
Type: Campaign
Description: Given to those who have given their life for, or who have died in the execution of, a battle contract for Armageddon Unlimited. This award is not given to those who die of natural causes or fall prey to an accident while outside contract periods. Worth 4 promotion points.
GUNNERY: TOP GUN
Introduction: Armageddon Unlimited / 3057
Level: All
Type: Training
Description: This award is given at periodic gunnery practice times for the top ranking individual in AU. This award is not recommended, but fought for and won in competition with other members of the unit, more for fun and competition than anything else. Worth 2 promotion points.
SERVICE RIBBON 4
Introduction: Equal Opportunity Destroyers / 3030
Level: All
Type: Primary
Description: This award represents 15 years of service in Wolf Family Mercenary Units LLC, and is combined with other Service Ribbons representing other times, although unless another Service 4 Ribbon is present, only the Service 4 Ribbon is worn on the MechWarrior's chest. The background image is similar to, and taken from, the famous blue sands of Waterworld's shores. Since NO league presently in existence will last 15 real years, the time in service represents in-game years only. Worth 3 promotion points.
MERITORIOUS SERVICE AWARD
Introduction: Wolf's Cavaliers / 3017
Level: All
Type: Primary
Description: This award is given to Warriors who have risked everything for their comrades selflessly, and walked away from it. Examples are staying behind when your 'mech is wounded to give your lance mates the opportunity to retreat and regroup, going into a building that's hiding an Atlas, with a Shadow Cat, and winning, and helping a fellow member out in Real Life who's having a difficult time. These awards may be recommended by Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers for anyone under their command who has served with extraordinary merit in difficult times and situations. Worth 3 promotion points.
MASTER OFFICER AWARD
Introduction: Armageddon Unlimited / 3057
Level: Officer
Type: Primary
Description: Officers in the rank of Captain, Major and Colonel may earn this award by displaying prowess in logistics, maintenance support and training while ensuring the care and safety of those serving under their command. Typically, this award is recommended only by those under the command of the nominated officer, but may only be granted after investigation and approval by the Command Staff. Worth 3 promotion points.
SUPERIOR LEADERSHIP AWARD
Introduction: Armageddon Unlimited / 3057
Level: NCO and Enlisted
Type: Primary
Description: Much like the Master Officer Award, above, Non-Commissioned Officers and Enlisted personnel may earn this award for taking charge while no superior leadership is around or is incapacitated and accomplishing the mission. This award may be recommended by anyone, but may only be granted after investigation and approval by the Command Staff. Worth 3 promotion points.
SPECIAL CAMPAIGN COMPLETION AWARD
Introduction: Wolf's Cavaliers / 3014
Level: All
Type: Campaign
Description: Given at the end of each combat campaign when a specific award pertaining to that campaign is unnecessary; also given for campaigns in which a specific award would be contrary to the good nature of the contract itself, such as covert operations and guerrilla campaigns. Only the most recent Campaign Award is worn on the uniform. The following campaigns were those which were costly to the point of nearly destroying Wolf Family Mercenary Units LLC. The order is from most recent hard campaign back. These are all retired, but any new Special Campaign Completion Awards will be worth 4 promotion points, at a maximum of 5 of these awards.
During a mission at the end of 3053 in which Shadow Blade was pitted against Narhal's Raiders on the FedCom world Yorii, Stephanie Wolf's back was broken when she took lethal fire from an entire assault lance, her Wolverine nearly obliterated as well; she would never pilot a BattleMech again, except by use of neural-induction headware, according to the best doctors in the Inner Sphere. The Wolf Family Mercenary Units would not come under the control of a Wolf again until 3058. This award was retired from service in 3068.
The infamous Mission Top Secret Award where Equal Opportunity Destroyers was contracted to infiltrate the Free World's League border and disrupt governmental and military stability in the area, taking advantage of already-hostile thoughts and feelings between various counties within the House Marik theatre. This mission ended abruptly when Janos Marik and his sons were killed. This award was retired from service in 3052.
This mission proved to be emotionally charged and very mentally taxing to many of the members of Equal Opportunity Destroyers in service at the time. EOD invested over 3 million C-Bills worth -not adjusted for inflation- of food, goods and sundries to bolster the economy of the people, not the local government or the underworld due to the extraordinary levels of poverty prevalent on Tsitsang. This is a footnote in history Wolf Family Mercenary Units LLC would prefer to forget, but are unable to. This award was retired from service in 3036.
All mercenary units will suffer losses and grief in their time, and WFMU LLC has had no better luck than any others. Between 3010 and 3012, Wolf's Cavaliers faced amazing opposition from Marik's 8th Schutzenshnur on Hamal while supporting the 77th Tactical 'Mech Battalion, for which fighting was hard on the fledgling unit. This award was retired from service in 3036.
The hardest fighting of the Fallanin II/Hamal contract was on Fallanin II, where four MechWarriors gave their lives to save the rest of the unit. This would be the last time The Wolf would place his people in such a position that could be as bad while he remained alive. This award was retired from service in 3036.
Being the very first contract Wolf's Cavaliers executed, this award was given to those who complied with orders despite their personal desires to remain and fight a losing battle. Due to command cohesion all of the 'Mechs and Warriors, aside from some salvaged 'Mechs on entry to the DropShip, made it home.
SERVICE 3
Introduction: Equal Opportunity Destroyers / 3030
Level: All
Type: Primary
Description: This award represents 7 years of service in Wolf Family Mercenary Units LLC, and is combined with other Service Ribbons representing other times, although only the Service 3 Ribbon is worn on the MechWarrior's chest unless they have earned a Service 4. The background image is similar to, and taken from, the famous blue sands of Waterworld's shores. The time in service represents in-game years only. Worth 2 promotion points.
CLAN CONTACT
Introduction: Shadow Blade / 3054
Level: All
Type: Campaign
Description: This award is given after the first contact an individual has against standard Clan forces from the initial invading Clans. As the Clans become more and more commonplace, training and technology are integrated, and strategy and tactics are developed to combat the Clans, this award will become less and less relevant. Worth 3 promotion points, until the award is retired.
SERVICE 2
Introduction: Equal Opportunity Destroyers / 3030
Level: All
Type: Primary
Description: This award represents 3 years of service in Wolf Family Mercenary Units LLC, and is combined with other Service Ribbons representing other times, although only the Service 2 Ribbon is worn on the MechWarrior's chest unless they have earned a Service 3. The background image is similar to, and taken from, the famous blue sands of Waterworld's shores. The time in service represents in-game years only. Worth 2 promotion points.
GENERAL CAMPAIGN COMPLETION AWARD
Introduction: Wolf's Cavaliers / 3014
Level: All
Type: Campaign
Description: Given at the end of each combat campaign when a specific award pertaining to that campaign is unnecessary; also given for campaigns in which a specific award would be contrary to the good nature of the contract itself, such as covert operations and guerrilla campaigns. Only the most recent Campaign Award is worn on the uniform. The following campaigns were those which required actions above and beyond the call of duty; notice that some campaign ribbons are found in the Distinguished Service section above this one. Those campaigns were costly to the point of nearly destroying Wolf Family Mercenary Units LLC. The order is from most recent campaign back. Worth 3 promotion points each, with a maximum of 5 Campaign Completion Awards.

Equal Opportunity Destroyers, Shadow Blade and, now, Armageddon Unlimited train for HALO as combat hot drops onto worlds remains a common means of surprising the enemy as well as being able to set base camps and perimeters to secure landing zones for operations to begin while selecting and inhabiting concealed or concealable areas easily.
